Description of Services: Functions as the governing office for the community; oversees all community programs, services and facilities
Activities and services for community members also include but are not limited to the following:
  • Child and Family Services worker on-reserve provided through Weech-it-te-win Child and Family Services in Fort Frances
  • Hospital services available at La Verendrye General Hospital/Riverside Health Care in Fort Frances
  • Ontario First Nation Policing arrangements through Treaty #3 Police; call 1-888-310-1122 for police services to be dispatched to reserve
  • Offers a Multi-Use Facility for community events
  • Shopping, banking etc are mostly conducted in the nearby town of Fort Frances
