Description of Services:
Provides confidential counselling and referrals to individuals, partners, and families on issues relating to HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C
  • Runs the Mother's Cupboard food bank
  • Provides support groups and workshops for individuals living with or affected by HIV
  • Offers HIV clinical care
  • Offers Hepatitis C treatment and support
  • Provides case management to help individuals with food, shelter, income and emotional support
  • Provides an emergency financial assistance program to help with medical or health related costs, or with utilities or rent
