  • Individuals 18 years of age living with a concurrent mental health and addiction issue

  • Individuals who have been chronically homeless for more than one year
Application: Referrals are done through the Thunder Bay District Social Services Administration Board's Emergency Hostel Outreach Workers and through the Getting Appropriate Personal and Professional Support (GAPPS) Program
