Application:
  • Application required

  • Visit the office or website for the form, or call to request form be mailed

  • If Transit is unable to determine if you qualify for the service, an in-person interview or a transit skills assessment may be arranged (a ride will be provided at no cost)


Bookings:

  • Call up to 7 days in advance to book ride

  • Bookings are made on a first come, first served basis; waitlisting is available, if required
