Description of Services:
  • ?Allows children and youth who are financially limited to enroll in a variety of community sport, art, cultural and general interest programs that are available throughout the community
  • Partners with over 200 community activity providers who provide free or discounted registration spaces to PRO Kids in order to facilitate placement of children and youth in local programs
  • PRO Kids is a Registered non-profit charitable organization; the City of Thunder Bay's Recreation,Culture and Child Care division is responsible for delivery of PRO Kids to the community

    Eligibility - Population(s) Served:
    • Children and youth 18 years of age and younger who are not registered in a paid sport or activity

    • Lower income families who cannot afford to pay for activities
