  • Provides support to persons with dementia and their family and friends
  • Offers individual and family counselling in the individual's home or in other desired locations
  • Facilitates a number of support groups on a regular basis
  • Provides individual and system-wide advocacy

    • Individuals with Alzheimer's disease or other dementias

    • Family, friends, and other partners in care for a person with dementia

    • Individuals concerned about memory loss or other cognitive changes
