Description of Services:
  • Offers the Take Control cessation program to assist individuals in quitting tobacco use
  • Provides confidential, one-on-one counselling as well as an individualized quit plan
  • Conducts education and awareness campaigns to reduce tobacco use and exposure to second hand smoke
  • Offers cessation programs for young adults that includes personalized support and quitting resources

    • Smoking Treatment for Ontario Patients (STOP) Program - STOP on the Net Program
    • Runs educational workshops that offer smoking cessation treatment and counselling to individuals who wish to quit smoking
    • Provides a 4 week course of nicotine patches
