  • Helps individuals improve their quality of life, reduce their risk of homelessness, and cope with personal difficulties

    • Accessing health care
    • Assistance with filling out forms
    • Obtaining and maintaining sources of income
    • Opportunities for social involvement
    • Resolving conflicts with property managers
    • Strengthening coping skills
