Description of Services:
  • Delivers medical transportation services and assistance in making medical appointment arrangements
  • Provides transportation to medical appointments within the community and to the airport for health-related flights
  • Arranges for air transportation from/to Eabametoong First Nation to any medical appointments (doctor, dentist, optometrist, specialist) in Sioux Lookout or Thunder Bay
