- Focus is for Indigenous women who are pregnant, new mothers or with infants under 12 months of age but open to anyone in need of services
- Vitamin supplements, milk and food vouchers are only available to women enrolled in the program

Provides supports and services to help families improve maternal and infant nutritional health by focusing on maternal nourishment, nutrition and breastfeeding

- Baby food making and nutritional cooking sessions
- Healthy snacks and meal information
- Milk and food vouchers as well as vitamin supplements
- Education on prenatal nutrition
- Understanding food labels
- Presentations by dietitians and health specialists
- Nutrition screening by Community Health Representative
- Individual counselling by nutritionists
- Lifestyle counseling for expectant parents
- Promotion of breastfeeding initiation and duration
- Support groups
- Breastfeeding videos and resource materials
- Equipment lending for parents of newborns
- Family and cultural events
- Parent resource library
