  • Continued Care and Support for Youth (CCSY) opportunities
  • Post Secondary Education options
  • YouthCAN ((Communication, Advocacy and Networking) activities
  • Aftercare Benefits Initiative (ABI) offering free health coverage, including dental, vision, prescription drugs, extended health care, and counselling supports

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Children and youth 18 years of age and younger

  • CCSY available for children or youth with Extended Society Care status (previously known as Crown Wards)

  • YouthCAN available for children in care of Children's Aid Societies and staff who work with them

  • ABI available for youth aged 21-25 years of age
