  • Assists individuals to secure and maintain adequate housing
  • Provides guidance and support with landlord issues
  • Provides limited financial assistance to help pay (top off) rent
    • Provides program participants with:
    • Case management services
    • Recovery-based focus
    • Home management support

    Fees: None
    Eligibility - Population(s) Served:
    • Individuals 18 years of age and older who experience an on-going mental health disability or are assessed as in recovery from an addiction

    • Restricted to Employment and Income Assistance Participants, ie recipients of Ontario Works (OW) or Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), or otherwise qualify for Rent Geared to Income (RGI)
    Application: Requirements include:

    • Completed housing application and

    • Intake assessment
