Organization: Nipigon District Memorial Hospital
Description of Services:
  • Assists convalescents, seniors and individuals with disabilities to live independently in the community, through the provision of a hot evening meal at a reasonable cost
  • Prepares meals according to individuals' diet requirements (includes soup, main plate and dessert)
  • Delivers meals through volunteers who provide regular social contact and check on the health and safety of the client
