Description of Services:	Provides a monthly bag of healthy groceries for participants Provides items that reflect seasonal food and market price Works by individual or family paying fee ahead and collecting bag of groceries at a later date


Fees:	$15 fee per month No charge for Ontario Works (OW), Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) and Old Age Security (OAS) clients No charge for families with children ages birth - 6 years and pregnant women

Eligibility - Population(s) Served:	Members of Biigtigong Nishnaabeg

Application:	To register for program contact Diabetes Coordinator at the Health Centre Fee must be paid at Band Office (Reception) the first Friday of the month Receipt is issued which must be dropped off at Health Centre Pick-up date is advertised in community newsletter or call Health Centre
