Description of Services:

Provides a variety of clinical services administered by a team of family physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, foot care nurses, and a dietitian

Offers medical care and regular check-ups for patients of the clinic

Operates a walk-in clinic for issues such as coughs and cold, fever, earaches, infections, HIV testing, pregnancy test, sexual health, and birth control

Offers Telemedicine Services (OTN)

Provides referrals to other community services and programs
