Description of Services:
Provides resources and information to help prevent people with dementia from wandering and going missing by being prepared

Offers:
  • an identification kit with space for a recent photo and physical description that can be shared with police in an emergency
  • at home safety steps to help prevent missing incidents from occurring
  • tips on what to do when a person with dementia goes missing and when reuniting after a wandering incident
  • the latest information on locating technology and devices
  • access to free, online educational courses about Living Safely in the Community and other free resources

  • Individuals with Alzheimer's disease or other dementias

  • Family, friends and other partners caring for a person with dementia

  • Individuals concerned about memory loss or other cognitive changes
