Description of Services:

Provides support for the Community Wellness Worker (CWW) program through the following:

Develops and/or enhances skills and capacity for the CWW program to be carried out
Offers assistance with program planning and reporting
Supports the implementation and management of Aboriginal Healing and Wellness funded programs
