  • Blood sugar, HgA1c, blood pressure and oxygen monitoring
  • Client support groups
  • Community screening
  • Foot care workshops/clinics
  • Health fairs
  • Presentations to the public and to health care providers
  • School programs and visits
Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN)
  • Provides access to specialized medical care using video conferencing
  • Allows specialists to remotely examine and prescribe treatments to patients in their home communities
  • Reduces the need to travel to receive medical care

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Urban-dwelling Indigenous people and those experiencing service barriers in Dryden, Machin, Eagle River and Wabigoon
