- Members of Niisaachewan Anishinaabe Nation who are pregnant, new mothers or with infants younger than 12 months of age
- Vitamin supplements, milk and food vouchers are only available to women enrolled in the program

- Baby food making and nutritional cooking sessions
- Healthy snacks and meal information
- Milk and food vouchers as well as vitamin supplements
- Education on prenatal nutrition
- Understanding food labels
- Presentations by dietitians and health specialists
- Nutrition screening by Community Health Representative
- Individual counselling by nutritionists
- Promotion of breastfeeding initiation and duration
- Support groups
- Breastfeeding videos and resource materials
