Description of Services:
Offers a variety of programs and services to address the health and wellness of families and community environment
- Promotes healthy individuals, families and communities
- Provides culturally appropriate support services, resources, educational materials, and workshops to address community wellness needs
- Endeavors to improve the quality of/access to, culturally appropriate resources, services and education
- Provides initiatives to address family violence
- Weekly wellness checks
- Social events including Recipe Bingo, Elders Zoom bingos
- Fitness activities
- Cultural crafts and workshops
- Coordination of family events including children's days and Christmas dinners
- Support and advocacy, form filling, transportation and monthly visits
