Description of Services:
  • Delivers meals to individuals who are not able to purchase or prepare their own meals
  • Coordinates with the hospital to deliver pre-made meals to individual's homes including those on special diets
  • Meals are delivered by volunteers who provide regular social contact and check on the health and safety of the client

    Fees: $7/meal
    Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Individuals 60 years of age and older with health care needs and/or individuals with health care needs or physical disabilities

    • Requires 1 day advance notice for orders and 1 day notice for cancellation
