  • Developed by Kenora Chiefs Advisory and maintained by Health Directors/Clerks of individual communities
  • Participation is voluntary for all community members; consent form provided for those wishing to be removed from Registry
  • Contains information such as name, birth date, gender, address, Indian status and contact information; may also contain traditional name and/or clan membership
