Eligibility / Target Population
  • Seniors 60 years of age and older

  • Must be able to live independently within an apartment and require intermittent partial support to perform activities of daily living
  • Physician's form is required in order to access support services

Description of Services:
  • Provides a 36-unit seniors supportive housing facility
  • Consists of studio units, single-bedroom and two-bedroom suites for independent or supported living
  • Includes a large reception area and fireplace lounge, common dining hall, recreation area and laundry room
    • Minimal to moderate care services include:
    • Housekeeping and personal care assistance from Personal Support Workers
    • Meal supports in-home or congregate dining
    • Social activities and events
