Description of Services:
  • Supports Indigenous youth in the transition from the child welfare system into adulthood
  • Helps youth access independent housing
    • Services offered include:
    • Access to traditional supports and Ceremony
    • Education
    • Employment services and training
    • Health, mental health, and addiction services
    • Housing supports
    • Legal services, including advocacy and court support
    • Life skills
