Description of Services:	Operates a search and rescue program for individuals who are prone to wandering, including those with Alzheimer's or other dementia and children with autism Utilizes a wrist or ankle transmitter that is worn by individuals who may be prone to wandering to be located quickly Works with local police to share vital information in the event that an individual wanders off and searching can begin quickly


Fees:	Transmitter device; registration fee; monthly fee

Eligibility - Population(s) Served:	Must be diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, dementia or a related neurocognitive disorder Must live in a private residence with a 24-hour caregiver
