Transportation Program: Priority given for medical appointments
- Individuals who are disabled, chronically ill and have special needs
- Open to all with a focus on off-reserve Indigenous peoples

Description of Services:
- Provides afternoons for socialization
- Teaches various craft making sessions with focus on traditional Native crafts
- Offers movie videos and card games
- Provides a weekly luncheon consisting of full course meal, dessert and coffee
- Offers craft making and time of socialization
- Provides transportation for attendees
- Arranges weekly visits from support worker in individual's home
- Provides emotional and physical support such as light housekeeping as required
- Provides transportation on an as needed basis to all events at the Centre, the hospital or clinic and for errands around town including grocery shopping
- Arranges transportation for out of town specialist appointments when no other arrangements are available
