Description of Services:

Helps seniors maintain an independent lifestyle by reducing isolation and loneliness through the support of friendship and socialization

Provides regular phone calls to check in on the health and safety of a senior

Connects senior with a volunteer who will call on a regular basis, either daily or weekly
