Description des services:	Delivers meals to individuals who are not able to purchase or prepare their own meals Coordinates with the hospital to deliver pre-made meals to individual's homes including those on special diets Meals are delivered by volunteers who provide regular social contact and check on the health and safety of the client


Frais:	$8.50/meal

Admissibilité / population desservie:	Individuals 60 years of age and older with health care needs and/or individuals with health care needs or physical disabilities
