Description of Services:

Offers primary care, footcare and programs to individuals living in Thunder Bay rural communities

Serves individuals who are having difficulty finding health care, or who have barriers and access issues, such as geography, or who may be at a higher risk of poor health

Offers a multidisciplinary health care team including nurse practitioners, medical doctors, footcare nurses, community health workers, diabetes education, onsite lab services (Thu) and walk-in clinics (Wed)

Diagnoses, treats and refers clients within their scope of practice

Treats cuts, common colds, fever, earaches, minor infections, bruises, sprains and skin skin complaints

Offers regular foot care by appointment
