Description of Services:

Assists Indigenous individuals and families to access traditional healers and midwives as well as mainstream health providers

Acts as a liaison for individuals and families requiring support

Promotes healthy lifestyles through home visits, circles, workshops and public education

Develops and obtains Indigenous health promotion materials

Promotes traditional culture-based family healing

Provides referrals to appropriate health programs and services
