Referrals and applications are received directly from Post Treatment residential addictions programs
Eligibility / Target Population
- Male individuals 18 years of age and older who have completed an addictions treatment and post treatment program and are transitioning back into the community
- Must continue recovery during residence and work towards personal goals such as school, volunteering, part-time work etc
