Must be 18 years of age and older to become a member
Requires a Provincial Certification Course and 1 year probationary period as well as a Criminal Reference Check from Ontario Provincial Police
Requires Incident Command System 100

Functions as a volunteer organization devoted to all phases of land search and rescue within Thunder Bay District

Offers training programs

Performs practical and simulated rescues

Offers education in survival techniques
