Application
- Registration form is available on the website
- To book a ride, call Monday to Friday between 11 am-3 pm
- Rides must be booked at least 24 hours in advance
- Rides to and from medical appointments must be booked as far in advance as possible as space is limited
Eligibility / Target Population
Any individual who is:
- Unable to use conventional transportation
- Unable to walk more than 175 meters
- Unable to climb more than three steps
Fees
Service - Must pay driver exact cash at time of boarding
