Free program for families with newborns and children up to 6 years old. HBHC offers friendly, family-focused support provided by Public Health Nurses and Parenting Partners trained in pregnancy, feeding, child development, parenting and mental health. HBHC offers many services, including:
- Postpartum phone call following discharge from hospital
- Postpartum visit in home or other location
- Home visiting program
- Referrals to other programs and services
