Eligibility / Target Population
Must be 60 years of age or older and meet one of the following criteria:

  • The client is in receipt of or eligible to receive other long term care community services

  • The client is isolated and requires social interaction or stimulation

  • Matches a volunteer to regularly visit one-on-one with a client in person or via client phone call
  • Accompanies individual to social or cultural events if desired
