Living in one of the Supportive Housing units and requiring assistance with daily living activities OR
Requiring low-income housing and attendant care

Description of Services:

Provides support services on-site for individuals with physical disabilities
Services are provided on-site in the following housing units:
Kenora: Henesy Terrace, 14 Woods Dr

Offers wheelchair accessible, rent-geared-to-income housing in association with the Kenora Municipal Nonprofit Housing
Support services are available 24 hours a day
Provides each apartment with an emergency response system that is monitored by on-site staff

Fort Frances: Lady Frances, 1300 Fifth St E

Offers 1 barrier-free apartment and 8 units under renovation in a rent-geared-to-income building administered by Rainy River District Social Services Administration Board (RRDSSAB)
Support services are available 8 hours a day, 7 days a week
