Eligibility / Target Population
Primary medical diagnosis of arthritis with priority given to the following:
New onset inflammatory and non-inflammatory arthritis
Individuals having difficulties managing functional abilities

Description of Services:
Program that helps individuals manage their arthritis
Provides an inter-professional approach with active participation based on client goals
Offers individualized assessment, intensive treatment and self-management education to help clients manage their disease process
Self-management programs include:
Living with Fibromyalgia (runs 2 times a year)
GLA:D, 6-week exercise and education program for knee and hip osteoarthritis
Offers the following:
Educational sessions
Hand/foot class
Group/individual exercise
Pool exercises
Splinting/orthotics
