Pre-treatment services

Recommended to have a confirmed treatment date but can apply while in the process of applying to treatment


Post-treatment services

Must have completed residential addiction treatment program within the past 12 months; if not applying directly from a treatment program, client will be assessed individually to determine program placement

• Must be alcohol and drug free at the time of admission
  
  
• May be required to attend a withdrawal management service prior to admission
  
  
• Must be in agreement with Crossroads terms of residency
