Provides information and guidance to the public relative to planning related issuesResponsible for land use planning functions including updating the Official Plan and Zoning By-Law, and processing amendments to these documentsProcesses subdivision and condominium applicationsPrepares and negotiates Site Plan Agreements, Development Agreements and Notification AgreementsCommittee of Adjustment
Responsible for processing minor changes to the Zoning By-law and has the authority to grant land severance
