  • Children referrals are received from the Access Network

  • Adult referrals to be processed through Developmental Services Ontario (DSO) - 1-855-376-6673 before coming to OPTIONS northwest
Eligibility / Target Population
Individuals with a developmental disability, physical disability, chronic behaviour and mental health problem


City and District: Clinical services to Adults 18 years of age and over with a developmental disability


City only: Clinical services only to Children 6-18 years of age with a developmental disability and severe behavioural challenges

Description of Services:
  • Provides personal and residential supports to individuals with a developmental disability who require assistance to reach their fullest potential and to remain within their community
  • Works in partnership with community agencies to provide and encourage a full range of services and supports for individuals
    • Provides various programs and services including the following:
    • Community Resource Team
    • Community Support Services
    • Group Living Residences
