Description of Services:
  • Offers an accessible door-to-door transportation service for seniors, youth, families or individuals with low incomes or anyone whose disability prevents them from using conventional transportation
  • Offers transportation for any reason but in priority sequence of reasons for transportation
  • Consists of one lift equipped van that can accommodate 3 wheelchairs and 9 ambulatory passengers

  • Fees: Service - Must pay driver exact cash at time of boarding
    Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Any individual who is:

    • Unable to use conventional transportation

    • Unable to walk more than 175 meters

    • Unable to climb more than three steps

    • Registration form is available on the website

    • To book a ride, call Monday to Friday between 11 am-3 pm

    • Rides must be booked at least 24 hours in advance

    • Rides to and from medical appointments must be booked as far in advance as possible as space is limited
