Description of Services:

Supports individuals with a life limiting illness so they can remain comfortable and dignified for the remainder of their lives

Matches volunteers with clients on a one-on-one basis

Provides respite care for caregivers

Provides assistance with shopping, making phone calls, writing letters, getting to appointments, and community outings

Provides bedside support

Provides support in home, hospital, or long term care facility
