Description of Services:

Functions as a volunteer based community organization

Offers a variety of support services to individuals living with a life threatening illness, and those who have been bereaved

Offers a library of up to date resources for clients, caregivers, volunteers and the general public

Compassionate Support

Enhances the quality of life during a serious illness
Provides compassionate support for palliative clients defined by the client and/or family and can include practical assistance and in-home respite

Bereavement and Grief Support

Offers support to individuals grieving the loss of a loved one through death, and wishes to be supported on a one-on-one supportive relationship with a volunteer
Offers a peer support group 3-4 times per year for people who have experienced the death of a loved one
