Description of Services:

Provides one-to-one Volunteer Palliative support to anyone who has a life limiting illness

Support can be received in all care settings, including individuals homes, hospitals, LTC. etc
Volunteers can provide support with shopping, attending appointments, outings in the community, social interaction, compassionate listening, advocacy, relief for caregivers and bedside support
