Description of Services:	Offers supports to individuals with developmental disabilities living in their own homes Supports can vary from a few hours to 24 hours per day, depending on the individual's needs Aims to meet all aspects of the individuals needs, including but not limited to personal hygiene, cooking, cleaning, socialization, financial management and personal health care Provides one to one personal support within the home or community Teaches and/or maintains daily living skills and problem solving skills Degrees and types of supports provided are determined by the individual receiving supports, their families and service professionals such as Community Support Workers
