Description of Services: Offers supports to individuals with developmental disabilities living in their own homes
  • Supports can vary from a few hours to 24 hours per day, depending on the individual's needs
  • Aims to meet all aspects of the individuals needs, including but not limited to personal hygiene, cooking, cleaning, socialization, financial management and personal health care
  • Provides one to one personal support within the home or community
  • Teaches and/or maintains daily living skills and problem solving skills
  • Degrees and types of supports provided are determined by the individual receiving supports, their families and service professionals such as Community Support Workers
