  • Provides programs, services and supports for adults with an intellectual and/or developmental disability
  • Provides education, information and resources on various mental health and developmental disability issues
  • Administers the following programs:
    • Clinical Services (Video conferencing)
    • Community Inclusion Hub
    • Employment Services
    • Host Family Program
    • Healthy Generations (Sioux Lookout only)
    • Residential Services
    • Supported Independent Living
    Person Directed Planning (PDP)
    • Identifies what individuals needs and wants are in relation to life in general (assistance from family requested)
    • Identifies individual's personal, educational, vocational, medical, and safety support needs in relation to wants
    • Connects and supports individuals in accessing resources to meet identified needs and wants of the individual
