Description des services:	Provides personal assistance (attendant services) to individuals with disabilities in all areas of daily living activities in their own homes Encourages consumers to achieve and maintain maximum independence and to assume total responsibility for governing their life Develops service plans with an individual and sets up a schedule according to their plan Support provided in the following areas: Personal Skills Banking and shopping Dressing/undressing Exercises (physiotherapy and motion exercises) Housekeeping Laundry Meal preparation Personal hygiene Transferring Management Skills Managing personal finances Hiring, scheduling and managing personal Attendant Using community resources Maintaining a reasonable state of health

Admissibilité / population desservie:	Individuals 16 years of age and older with varying degrees of physical disabilities OR Individuals living with a family and require some attendant assistance OR Seniors 60 years of age and older who require support services
