Description of Services:

Provided in partnership with Alpha Court, Dilico, NorWest Community Health Centres, and St Joseph's Care Group

Provides a 10-week DBT-based skills group teaching mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness

Supports individuals with impulsive behaviour, emotional dysregulation, negative thoughts, substance use, and stress tolerance
